OK

Finally I discovered the problem and easy fix

The Second terminal on the bettery Positive post was loose [not the battery terminal]and had overheated and melted the plastic into the contact area causing an insulation effect !!!! What a mess

I filed the melted plastic away and made metal to metal contact with a tightened the terminal

WOW 500 miles without a hesitation !!!!! I Went to Maine this week and back

CLEAN AND TIGHTEN YOUR TERMINALS !!!!

Problem solved with no dealer involved !!!!
