I've done a search on this. DMD....now, seems like it has made a world of a difference for the SVT's. How about for the ATX's? Anyone with ATX's with any stories and experiences on how much better this upgrade was?
There is a "tictictictictictic" noise that is there but not violently loud once the engine is revved past 4k RPM's. What is that due to? First thing in my mind was, timing belt? nope, it's a chain in these cars right?
It's only heard when the engine is revved hard from like 1st & 2nd gears while the secondaries kick in..
Any suggestions? I don't yet, but would upgrading to a DMD solve this issue? I don't really hear it while driving normally so it's not a huge issue.
Just want to give myself a heads up once it becomes a 'have to'.
