You are strange people. Yet I can't help reply. I often feel that the handicap stalls are tainted by people who can't manouver well enough to clean the hard to reach places. That leads me to believe that they are dirty and gross around the tush area. For that reason I try not to use the handicap stalls. Ok so I am strange too. Who knew?
