On my E1's I believe a 3mm-5mm spacer would be enough to stop the rubbing all together. I don't know this for a fact though, but it is an educated guess. You would only need these on the rear. The only time I've rubbed up front was when I was autoxing and there was a hard right hand corner that I was trail braking hard for and had the tire stuffed into the wheel well. On the street you would probably never have it happen.
