Would a wheel spacer move it out enough w/o getting it into the lip? I'm also wanting to run 225's but 225/50/15's, I'll have to start checking offset measurements on my 15" rim sets.
To those that think 50 series are "Offroad" profiles, it's quite obvious they're never done any real off-roading nor any competition driving, but likely done a lot of posing in the parking lots with their slurpies. My Nitto 450 215/45/17's on the SVT are for posing only, and that's what I'll use them for, anyone got some spare change for a slurpie

The 450's are a nice tire but give up way too early. I've got 205/55/15's all season tires that will out corner, accelerate or brake them.
