Speed is equal to how much HP your car has, time equals to how good of a driver you are at getting it down the track. Also time has a little to do with torque too.

FYI I ran a 15.484 @ 86.60 before i had all my mods, but then ran a 15.021 @ 90.43 after the mods. I've ran a top speed of 91.15, but only had a 1/4 time of 15.142. I KNEW I didn't shift fast enought on that run, otherwise I would have been into the 14's (remember my car is NOT an SVT)
