PA has the most unclear tint laws. According to one written law, you can't go any darker than 35% on the front sides, and in another section of the laws it says no aftermarket film.

I have had limo all around my Camaro since 98 and I haven't had any problems except for 2 different state troopers informing me it's too dark (these both happened in a 6 day time frame). But thats it! I've been stopped about 5 times for speeding and no mention of it then during the stops. I just had both front windows down before the cop even got out of his car.
