Did a few dyno runs to see what the Mystique was doing (2.5L MTX).
It feels and sounds good but understandably doesn't have a top-end like the SVT. It has an SVT TB, an SHO Y-Pipe w/cat and a "crush bend" 2.5 system into a dynomax.
The only difference between the two runs was the air filter. The AFE gave virtually the same HP 148.23 vs 148.16 and only 1.6 more FT/LBS torque 146.92 vs 145.28, but it is a consistant difference throughout the curve.
I'll try to run the same comparison with the SVT after I get the clutch installed this week. I'm thinking that the AFE would show a better gain on the SVT, but only the Dyno knows for sure.
BTW, how do these figures stack up to other Mystiques?
