i agree with your theory if you get a ticket in your own state


but with this in mind (the fact CT doesnt report to MA for tickets) why take a day off from work (lose $$) and then what happens if you are found guilty anyways?

in this situation i would just pay the ticket and take the dollar loss....on the other hand, if he got the ticket in MA i would be right in court with you fighting it.....
