Okay, well the Dodge Daytona and Plymouth Superbird were low volume, special built cars in order to qualify them for NASCAR competition. They are rare but not necessarily million dollar machines. A nice low mileage one might set you back 175K - 200K dollars but most "drivers" can be had for less than $100K. Still a lot of money, for sure. And while the race car versions cruised near 200mph on closed course race tracks, the street versions, shod with relatively skinny polyglass tires and depending on gearing, would probably hit 150 - 160mph. Not all came with the 426 hemi. There were 440/4v and 440/6v versions as well. Good old Detroit iron is hard to beat for speed. laugh
