Sorry if you were trying to be humorous. When people use novas to drag race they usually have late 60's or early 70's with rear wheel drive. If I am correct an 87' nova was a little front drive thing.
Hence the smile my son. I remember at the time that most real nova owners were outraged at the "misuse" of the nova name.
I think the late 80s Novas were of the Toyota Corolla variety.
