ok so today Im sitting at work and my cell phone rings...its a woman from Mr. Tire. She read my emails and told me that she spoke with the Regional Manager and talked with him about getting me a rental car for the time that it would take to get my wheels ready(since i have no other ones to put on the car while the wheels are getting fixed)
but she said she was waiting on him to call back for the final word.
well about 2 hrs later i received a phone call from this regional manager asking me when I went to Ye Old Wheel Shop and if they actually said it was going to take 2 weeks to fix my wheels
I told him how the guy at the wheel shop explained to me that only people with bent rims could make appointments and that rims like mine would be on a first come first serve basis and showed me how many wheels were in front of mine.
i think he didn't like hearing that but who's friggin' problem is that? NOT MINE!
he told me that he spoke with Ken Neaton(manager at Laurel Mr. Tire) and that he wasn't in today but tomorrow morning around 9 a.m. I would be receiving a phone call from Ken about the issue and that my wheels would be able to get fixed in one day
"I'm sure Ken can get them fixed in one day."
so im a little bit satisfied but I better not jump the gun. this guy has already lied to me 2 times in the 3 week period that I have been associated with him.

we'll see..
