I paid $275 for an updated/rebuilt Valve body and $99 for the TC. I replaced the VB with the engine and tranny still in the car. It wasnâ??t to hard but you really need a ¼ inch air ratchet. The new VB restored my internal pressures but the TC damage was already done. I pulled the motor Saturday, installed the new TC and dropped the motor back in. I took Sunday off, and I am just about finished.
The thing that is holding me up is I can't figure how to get the Rad-fans back in?????
Anyhow, if you have pulled motors before itâ??s not too bad. But I donâ??t recommend it if you are not a hardcore motor head with air tools and a hoist.
