I have no doubts that a Charger could run 9's without alot of trouble, my hubby's Roadrunner runs mid 10's with a stock 426 hemi, so if it was modded a little he could probably get in the high 9's and it's bigger, heavier than the Charger. He wants to keep it all stock though since it's all original, he's 2nd owner with all paper work (special order paperwork, build sheets clear down to every oil change and all maintence) since new.
Talk about someone being wacko about their car, my hubby and the guy he bought it off of take the cake!!! The kids (now 14&12) have to remove their shoes before they get in the car, And there has NEVER been any eating or drinking of any kind in this car!!! Beautiful beast though!!
