A freind of mine used to have a '69 charger that ran high 10's. It was street legal and he drove it quite often. No power adders either. It had a 500 ci big block motor (not sure on the exact size, but it was around 500) I have seen a challenger in the 9's, but that is a lighter car. I dont think it would take a whole lot to get a charger running 9's, especially with a power plant like the one in F & F had.
Speed kills, but it beats going slow!
