(blush)

Thanks. I've been checking in once in awhile, but decided to take a break from tweaking the phatcugr until I actually had the title in hand.

Now I do, but...

Now that I commute on a superbike(carpool lanes rock), I've been thinking a lot about returning the car completely back to stock. (Perish the thought!) Dropping a lot of money and/or time on incremental or even major power boosts just seems kind of pointless when the bike can do 0-100 in under 7 seconds(and presents a much smaller radar cross-section).

So now I'm leaning more towards getting comfort and entertainment mods. Heh.

Then again... BTR's Think Tank has never stopped working on new ideas. >:-)

Thanks again for the welcome, and glad to see you are still around as well.

It's interesting to see that some of the same topics are still being thrown around, and that there seem to be some good parts being offered now that weren't around before.

Yea nothing much has changed. I still haven't figured out why I'm throwing so much $ into a Contour. LOL For the same money I could have made something crazy fast. Not too much has changed except the SF Turbo kit, a couple body kits are seeing the light and a ton of 3L swaps as the cars age. Hope the bubba exhaust is holding up.

That is an excellent idea...so you will not be needing those "proto" exhuast manifolds...I might be able to take em' off your hands.

PS.. Quieter = you can hear your your "entertainment mods better".

PSS..welcome back.

LOL! I see some handy work going down, Mr. Nixon
Thanks for checking in. BTW, returning to stock is highly unrecommended around these parts.

Heh, thanks, Dan. I'd appreciate it if you could take these. I wouldn't want them cluttering up the garage. I'm actually impressed anyone remembered those. What's interesting is that if you look up close at the manifold on the engine in the vortech sales picture, it looks like the same part. Reckon Ford must've given those guys protos as well.

And thanks for the welcome back.

Lol - I know. Turns out that may not be happening after all.

Thanks for the welcoming, guys. Makes me feel all purdy inside.

Hello Dan. Glad to hear you are doing well. Perhaps sometime we should all sit down and have some tea? That would be smashing.
