Yeah Yeah.. however there is an expected reasonable amount of time I mean a year is a bit over doing it I think personally. Granted legally they don't owe anyone anything back since technically thats what a deposit is for. But morally speaking if you wish to do so, they should for the people who don't have cars because of the numerous delays give a refund to those people. I mean its a bit different then them being just indecisive people who don't know what they want and agree to pay an amount. I mean atleast just charge them a restocking fee? OH Yea, they don't have any done yet to restock :\
So if there is no product why are the very few people with serious issues (as mentioned above) just due to get screwed? Is that fair? I think not but thats just my opinion and as I stated before legally they don't owe anyone anything but the body kits which looked like they were going to be sweet sometime in 2004 or so. :\
