That looks really sweet, but I honestly wouldn't buy a car like that with a salvage title. Maybe if it was under 10 grand, I could use the money I saved on it to buy the Jackson supercharger, or the Vortech kit--whenever it comes out. Then again, it would still only be a 14 second car at best with that setup.. sigh.. time for atimotorsports.com

I went to all Ford-Day at Bandimere Speedway in Colorado weeks ago.. Fella had 03 SVT Focus with Jackson Racing SC..... His best time... 16.4 @82mph.... He was not happy with a mostly stock CSVT running 15.9 Altitude is a killer I understand but shoot, those SVT Focus are just plain slow.
Dionysus was there with me. After we saw the focus run we both looked at eachother and

I've seen naturally aspirated SVT Foci run at the track here and pull better times than that. I am dissapointed with the Jackson supercharged ones, from everything I've read about them at least they don't make much of an improvement.

The Jackson Racing supercharger is a nice kit. It will take the SVT to around 205 whp @ 5 PSI.
Its only $2750 too.
Even with the JRSC, the SVT is no 1/4 mile champ. Its simply not geared for that purpose and the JRSC does not add a ton of torque.
