Could be the sensor was damaged when put in. Could be a code for the other upstream sensor. Could be the same code and a different problem.
When my new exhaust manifolds were put in, they damaged one of the upstream sensors (Bank 1 thank god!!!) while making the transition. The code was specifically related to the sensor wiring.
