The reason most people post "to search" is because a lot of unnessicary threads get posted for infomation that has been repeated, saved in teh archives and stored for all to see. im sure lance would not have created it, if he did not inted us to use it. Also, i believe its in one of the forum rules.
He put it there so the Forums do not get cluttered with over-used information. If you have a problem with it then you should take it up with Lance and not with the people who ask you to search...are somepeople rude??? Yes, and they don;t need to be....
(not direct twards chris99svt)But stating that contour owners,who tell people to search, are board with there cars and looking to buy mini vans, is a big misunderstanding as well a litte rude.  Well mind you, i have put 2200 in my car already and im droping another 3000 as we speak.
Im nice enought to tell people about search, but still answer there questions....But i guess that doesnt matter....I guess you think im still a board contour owner that needs a mini van. 
(back to Chris99svt) Good luck with your goals...if you got the money to do it, (it will take a lot) put the SHo motor, theres a lot you need to do.....But rememebr with SHo motors, there cams have a defect that the fall apart(i believe, but they do have a defect)and it can cause some masive engine damage. (im pretty sure its the 99 sho motors)
