that is not a very good idea Darkheart, the factory amp couldn't push a feather if it wanted to. I would recommend an aftermarket amp. you can find cheap audio equipment everywhere these days, if you are serious about your audio, and want a sub, you will need a non-factory amp. Check your local "tweeter" store. They have all kinds of open-box/demo product sales.
