Just wondering if anybody has seen or heard of a spark plug just popping out in the V6 2.5L 95-97 engines? Could this mean my cylinder is stripped inside and I need to buy a new head? If so...that really sucks....Maybe it can be re-threaded? If anybody could help me out here please email me at TruRida22@aol.com or just post...i really need some help with this one....Also...who was the one at the fort street cruise i seen hitting some switches with me? I think your name is John? If so....air or juice? let me know...

Hey, long time no post. Anyway, you can take it any old machine shop and get the threads redone. If its not too bad that is. i think you would need to get different spark plugs though.

Do a search for helicoil. It's happened to a few of us. That's what can happen with aluminum heads.

Well yes i'm still around....Hows everybody doin!!! glad to see ya guys still remember me....well no i was gonna sell the piece but it stuck to me...had to keep it....but now i'm not racing around town no more....i'm draggggginnnn around town....I am going to try and put a new sleve into the cylinder so it can be a easy repair but who knows....i'll try and make it out but i can not promise anything....Trust me, i'll be around...when you see sparks being thrown....thats me......:) p.s. if anybody knows a shop or a tech that will do it for cheap around the plymouth canton area...or so...pleaseeeeeeee let me know...email or call my cell....thanks

Actually I have them sitting in my Garage right now....spinners if ya really wanna know.....I just need the the time to pull my engine and tube frame everything....project should only take me a day or soo..but right now...saving money for my new house is more important...honestly...i think i should have my doors...wheels...all the major mods done by spring....Just gotta find time to do, thats my problem....but i promise...you guys will see me around....wont be a contour anymore...but i'll be around....
