I don't know if this has been covered yet but, has anyone else had trouble playing finalized CD-Rs in their stock ford CD player? I have great difficulty doing this. The Maxell brand seem the worst. I have better luck with the Phillips brand. I had two other cars that played the CD-Rs fine, as did the aftermarket unit I tried in my Contour (I didn't like the fact that the illumination could not dim, it was far too bright at night). I like to stick to stock or close to stock appearance (Blaupunt or ?) to avoid the theft problem. Any help would be appreciated. Rick.
