Time to find a real mechanic. Production dates only matter if there have been any changes to the motors that would affect instillation/hookup/ECU.

What you have to be careful of is to make sure the donor engine is RETURN style like your E0, and the connector shape for the injectors. The green top injectors have a square connector while the orange tops are rectangular. This isn't a big deal though as you can simple swap your old injectors into the new motor and connect to your wiring or modify your connectors.
