Don't be afraid to call Ford Motor Co. and raise holy hell, the squeeky wheel gets the grease. I guarantee if you [censored] loud enough and long enough to enough people someone will do something. You may end up getting nothing but that's pretty much what you have now *nothing*. Call everyone, over and over, and over until someone either says "LEAVE ME ALONE' or "OK we'll fix it".
