sounds like this TSB invloves disconnecting the battery for a few minutes...
if thet're just reloading the same program that's there, they're just clearing the "learned" behaviour which you can clear yourself in about 5 minutes. Once you car "learns" it's idle and calibrations, you'll be right back where you started. Some TSB.
