So this might actually be a possibility, or is there anyone that can confirm that the 98+ Tours have 6 wire MAF?

Does it not matter that that computer was made for a car with a MTX tranny, one that I don't think is even offered in contours?

I have no clue. I can't help but think there is a way to get into the computer and "change" things!

well then you wouldn't need that computer from the zx2, just get into your own computer.... what about what that guy said? the apexi?

I just don't want a speed limiter and the shift points raised.

Changing the stock programing on an ECU is complicated and expensive.
That's why chips are so popular of an alternative.
The S-AFC from Apexi is nothing more than an A/F modifier.
And the Contour MAF is only 4 wires.

i'm also having problems with my superchip. I find it funny that when i asked CTA about getting one with my specific code he said it was a match, i'm beginning to wonder if i got screwed. I could really use a computer upgrade myself and i think some new ideas would be really beneficial. I think i'll take a ride out to a couple performance shops and see what the have to say.
