The direction the subwoofer is pointing makes the most difference in whether or not you should port the rear deck. About the only reason you NEED to port the deck is if the subwoofers are firing(Pointing)up. Like if you had them between the strut towers firing up. If you end up using a Bazooka Tube I would recommend mounting it close the back seat firing rear-ward. This effectively uses the trunk as a large 'chamber' for the bass to resonate in. Good Luck.
