The tranny is in first gear, just before you come to a complete stop anyway.
Take your wheels off and look at your brakes yourself. Look at the springs on both calipers and make sure they are both seated correctly. Look at the bushings on the pins that hold the calipers in place. A single shiny spot on them will indicate something touching them when you come to a stop.
Take the druns off the rear brakes and check them too. Sometimes noises from the rear brakes, can sound like the front brakes.
