Alright, i was thinking about saving this secret for later, as i have yet to use it to it's fullest extent... But here goes...
It's called Fram Sure Drain. Poppa works for Kmart corp, and brought one of these home. Anyways Fram is in conjunction with the people at Prestone and Autolite, all of these brands i've trusted in my car, and have never let me down. Anywho, it's like $7-10. The Part # for the contour (95-00 and SVT)is SD-4, it'll be in the lower left corner of the package.
So onto the explanation of the product. What you do is you change your oil at the next 3000mi interval, but, when you need to reinstall the drain plug, you instead place the "SureDRAIN Actuator Valve" into the crankcase instead. You tighten it to 20 lb/ft and make sure that the washer is int with it. You then screw the cap onto the "actuator valve". Continue filling oil accordingly. Now comes the step that i have yet to reach...
When changing your oil the NEXT time, what you do is you get under the car, take off the cap from the "actuator valve" and use the "Drain Activation Assembly" which is essentially a rubber hose that will screw onto the "actuator valve" by placing the hose onto the valve and beginning to tighten the valve will slowly open, screwing on all the way will speed drain of crankcase. Make sure that the other end of the hose, is in a drain pan. Thus, no spillage on floor/hands/manifolds.
I'll let you guys know how it works in another 2000 miles. But my dad used one on another one of our cars, and said that it worked perfectly. Not nessecarily like changing a duratec, but it made that job even more simple, so it should help us guys out alot. I had oil spots on the driveway the day after i did it, because i tightened the "actuator valve" by hand. After applying the proper torque with a torque wrench, no problems.
