Thanks to the person who gave the glovebox tip - I pushed the stop tabs in and allowed the box to open fully (was not sure if this was common knowledge for the installer). I still only saw one harness, but did not have time to look much. If I knew this tip a day earlier, I might have installed it myself.
I almost bought Sony's new sub that comes n the enclosure and is LIGHTED. It's rediculous, but the box was nice and small. I ended up saving $70 and going with a narrower, but deep box (need to fit jogging stroller in trunk).
I'm having them install the amp on top of the sub box as it is wasted space other wise.
I mentioned to the installer that he could probably cut the bypass harness wires and wire from the head unit to the amplifier output harness - why doesn't everybody do this???
