Best option on the market right now is probably Aiwa's new head unit. It reads cdr/cdrw/and mp3. So u can burn mp3 to a cdr w/o having to convert to wave file. this means u can have one cdr with hours and hours of music. Or burn to a cdrw and change the mp3s on it. And its way cheaper than kenwoods $650. The aiwa is $250-300.

oooooh! i like that price, but it's an aiwa. everyone i know who has one of their mini systems has had the 3 disc changer brake after about 1 or 2 years.
also, i usually burn AIF files onto CDs. i have found them to be more reliable than WAV. also, i think the quailty is better when converting from AIF to MP3. WAVs seem to sound fuzzy even atthe same sampling/bit rates.
