It's a lot easier if you disconnect the fuel lines and remove the fuel rail from the car to give you a little better "purchase" on grabbing the injectors. They are a bear to pull out but you just have to keep twisting and pulling until you get them loose (you will have sore hands and fingers by the time you're finished). You gotta get them out about 3/16" or so to release the nose o-ring from its bore. It took me several minutes, each, to get them disassembled. Prying on them is pretty much of a no-no since you could easily crack the plastic on the injector. Re-installing the oil-lubricated new ones in is a breeze, however.
