but can't comfortable sit 5 adults
my contour cant fit 5 adults, I dont know about you but when im driving, there is 1.5 inches between the back of my seat and the back bench.( i am 6"6') But i was seriously considering an integra, before i got my tour, but then i sat in one, and i couldnt sit up strait cause my head hit the roof Now in my tour i can sit up strait with a full helmet on, and my head barely rubs.So needless to say i am very glad i bought my tour rather than an integra. On my 20 mile commute to work every day, i see 100 integra's. I see a csvt ounce a month. That alone would be a deciding factor.
98 csvt t-red.. sho-shop intake, b&m, fidanza, spec1 clutch, Torsen, DMD,optimized Y& TB, Brullen, rear strut bar,h&r's,17" konig traffik's.

so let me get this straight... your selling your car to get a faster car? correct? I could understand if it was something that a CSVT could not achieve like a vette or a viper or even a WS6 (I hate F-Bodys) but type R is something a tour can Achieve.. with a little hard work and money and time you can spank that hell out of them. I sorta think you are taking the cheap way out and trying to just have a fast car so people will be like damn its an R its fast.. I would rather personaly have people laugh at me and be like what a cumstain, he drives a contour that R is gonna put the hurt on and then you just blow him away.. that is my idea of a happy ending but I guess it is what ever you want

Test fit yourself into one. At 6'2" I don't fit. It's mighty buzzy as a daily driver. Everyone knows what it is, no sleeper factor. You'd be expected to race every ricer at every stop light. Insurance is probably a [censored], and will only get higher with more speeding tickets. Ummm, that's all I can think of. Scott

I never even thought about headroom. I'm 6'3, I tried to sit in one of my friends GSR's yesterday and it wasn't happening. Oh and my insurance was going to go up $50 a month. Forget it, time to dump money into the tour

I love the Honda-hater mentality.
'Everyone has an Integra Type-R'
'I see hundreds of Integras but only one SVT ever'
A quick look at the number of Type-Rs in this country vs. Contour SVTs in this country will show that there are less Type-Rs. And how can you compare every single Integra to just the SVTs.
I know I live here in one of the most backwards parts of the country, but I see many more Contour SVTs than I see Type-Rs.
Having said all that, I think for someone over 25 years old that doesn't see much track time, the Contour SVT is a better choice. Cheaper, more versatily, more comfortable, nicer interior, A/C and exclusive enough.
Only my opinion.
