the XL's and L's are a little long.
Ours are in the dryer right now, so I can't tell you yet how much they shrink, if at all. (btw if you're afraid of too much shrinkage, don't put your shirts in the dryer after a good number of your first washes - put 'em on a hanger right after the washer is done).

I would note however that other than the length, the arms and chest area are still the usual size, maybe a tiny bit larger, so don't be thrown by the length factor and go too small either.
