So I decided to see if there was a relay or something for the fuel pump. Sure enough theres one in the fuse box under the hood. Being a holiday, all the auto parts stores were closed so I switched the relays for my fuel pump and the horn. So far the problem hasn't returned. I drove around for about another hour and she ran pretty smooth.

I'll try to keep you guys posted if anything else happens.

So, how does the horn act now?
