Yeah, though don't be concerned which pipe goes down which side. In the 2-D drawing you have a small radius bend on the rear bank so it won't cross or touch the front bank pipe. The diameter is small enough and there is room enough that you can use a larger radius turn and cross over the other pipe to insure smooth transitions.
But that pretty much sums up how I envision approaching it IF it proves worthwhile to put in a crossover pipe.
