From what I gather, you only need about 2" pipe for duals. DemonSVT said there is plenty of room to run the front bank straight back and under the pan as along as you use header wrap.

FWIW, your rear bank would still be too short. You need to cut it left as there is room in that direction under the car then turn it back into the center; run the front bank straight back goihg under the pan. By running the front bank straight back then you can use two smaller bends to get the extra length on the rear bank. That would give you plenty of room to find the exhaust pulses I think.
