Agreed. Full mirror or regular dark(35%-below). Don't get me wrong Overdrive00, yours isn't that bad. I've seen some pretty bad examples of the fading mirror tint:
Fading mirror on bottom for the doors, fading mirror on top of backglass...
Mirror on rear doors only, front doors have no tint at all...
Uneven fading tint(not at same level on both doors)
Green fading mirror tint on red truck(jingle bells?)
