NO NO NO !!!

Don't do this !!!

If you pull the fuse, you will lose the Electronic Brake Force Distribution,
and when you step on the brake all of your wheels will lock up INSTANTLY!

Take the car to AutoZone and ask them to scan for codes.
Chances are you have a bad wheel speed sensor, and that is causing the pulsation.
The code they pull will tell you which wheel sensor to replace.

You are also probably overdue for a complete Brake Fluid change,
if you haven't done it already.
