No they are not. They are only good for 600 hp. I know someone how has one and he told me that they are good for 600 hp with no problems. You could push 900 hp but just like our cars when we push 350 hp or so on stock internals, the life is greatly shortened.
A 900 hp car will probably only get 5,000 to 10,000 miles on it, unless is it babied which would be hard to do. Let's talk reality here! Don't believe everything you hear.
I know SW. He knows more about Supras in his little pinky than you know in your entire body. He's only built some of the most powerful Supras in the country.
No one is going to drive on race gas all day long, so it's kind of a moot point.

RICE!!
Dude, Supras are one of the sweetest, most kick ass cars ever out of japan, I would sell my SVT, Wife and kids(Dont have either yet), and my left nut to get a kickass modified supra. Well, R34 skyline maybe. But you cant call a supra rice. Ive never seen one boasting stickers of equipment it doesnt have. Even if it was it could still hand me my own ass at any given time.

I do not own a supra. This information is from a guy I work with. We have talked a lot about his car since it is a 93 turbo with a 6 speed. Since you insulted me, please provide a reference of a 900 hp supra with the engine untouched. List all the mods. Once you provide that you can call anything you like, if that makes you feel better.

Their is a guy (well known on the net) and I don't know his site any longer that had 900hp on stock internals. It still wasn't enough. Tossed on the NO2 and she went boom. He basically wanted to see how far he could get. Money is not a problem with him. I'm sure OC knows him. He used to race Ferrari's for mad cash and that's how he built a lot of it.

I did some quick research and supras can reach 900hp+ on stock internals. I know a lotta people with civics but doesn't mean they know the truth about their engines.

91 Escort GT (almost sold)
96 ATX Zetec (i brake to watch you swerve)
FS: SVT rear sway bar

I was going to post a whole list of people with that much power with OEM heads, rods and pistons but I'll just give you the site and you can snoop around. My personal opinion on this matter is who gives a [censored] if you have 400hp, 600hp or 900hp and what anyone else thinks of your car? Why does this have to turn into a pissing contest of who knows more on a car that 99% of us won't own/race/sit in/etc.? Anyhow, here's the sit, and a direct link to a car that SW (the guy Cartman was talking about) built:

Also, here's the top ten HP list from that site. Click on their names and a lot of them only have new cam's with P&P heads:

Really? I said that last night!
Seriously though, most 900HP Supras are good for 10s runs, if they can launch well. The problem is, most people can't.
