Thanks guys ...I am a little worried about the doordings on the driver side. I think some mild bodywork was done on the doors. I worry about the paint being different underneath the dings. I still may give it a try shortly.

Yes...stock SVT struts , car only has 26,000 miles on it. I did cut the front bump stops in half per Stazies recomendation in the "How-To" section "Struts and or Spring Replacement". Hope they last longer than 6 months...not ready for the Koni's $$$ quite yet.

Car looks good. The more I see the FSVT wheels on tours the more I want to buy a set for my car.

i had eibach springs for about 20k miles with the original shocks..

turns out i destroyed the left rear strut(which i didnt even notice)

So yesterday i install some koni struts...
I dont know why but now the car looks awful
its still the same height in the front but the back is lowered about 2 inches more than before!!

Something must be wrong

If only i knew how to post pics on this site, i would let you guys see it for yourselves..

The car drives great tho..
it feels like thats the way its supposed to be but it doesnt look the way its supposed to be.

I'm depressed

anyways i will try to find the problem and if there is no problem.. I'm taking the damm things off and putting some OEM struts..

Nothing like digging up a post over a year old...

Anyway, I blew 2 struts on Eibachs with my Contour. The others were about gone. Got the Koni struts, and there was nothing like it. That car was extremely nice after the Koni change...

haha if you look above I posted on this last year too...

About the install.. did you leave a nut or something off? Mabee put a piece on the top of the strut housing that was suppose to go on the bottom? Heck I don't know till you can post some pics...

Go to cardomian.com or fototime.com and upload the pics, then on here hit the Image button, insert the link, and post.
