Skip the 160 deg thermostat, its not gonna do much of anyhting for you, if the car is running hot, the t-stat is already open. What you need to do, is monitor your coolant temp, and find the range where the car runs. If this is just a little high, an air to oil cooler is usually the perfect answer. If the water temps tend to be a lot higher than desired operating temp, then a larger rad core, usually more rows deep should be the answer. unfortunately, you would probably have to go custom on the rad though. fwiw, I've heard good things about Griffin from some racers, but never used one myself.
