gdub520_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er G Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 2,061 antelope valley, soCal	i love my contour...especially since i've figured out that it may not be as dead as i've been thinking...with that said if i could swing an a4 especially a new (or newer) one, my tour would be history in 2 seconds meanwhile my girl has always respected my contour 99 expedition eddie bauer, 5.4 v8, k&n drop-in, 3" magnaflow catback and gas mileage that makes the contour look like a hybrid

One girl I was talking to (who forgot that I have a contour) was telling me how she was going to get her first car. I believe it was something like this "My parents almost got me a ford contour! EWWWWW! American piece of junk! I was soooo glad when they came home with a used hyundai tiburon! I've wanted one ever since I was little" I think I just stood there with my jaw wide open. This girl has to be the dumbest, most annoying person I've ever met. First of all, it's not even her car, her parents use it. Second, yeah, Ford's quality isn't always great, but with the Contour, and others, I think they did a great job. And to say that ANY hyundai is better.... than anything.... Those things drive like crap. 10 yr/10,000 mile warranty? Maybe if they're in buisness in 10 years.... Heh, I just laughed at her and didn't say anything. 1998 T-Red CSVT 3.0L
