Search of this database will reveal the Dealer will indeed replace the PVC for free BUT only if you pay for 60K service which runs into the hundreds of dollars. I had no trouble replacing mine with a long screwdriver to access the upper reaches where it is located. Remove it from the intake manifold and it will fall into your hands from its connecting line; replace the valve in the line and then insert it into the manifold with the screwdriver.
