All ford dealerships will replace your pcv valve at 60,000 miles, at no charge parts or labor. It's absolutely free. And at 63,000 they should still do it, your only one oil cahnge late. I don't know about it running with it out connected, I don't think it will hurt anything, but i could be wrong. Anyways, just go in there tell them you have a little over 60,000 miles and your ready to have your pcv changed at no charge. Simple as that.
