I feel much easier now. :-)

The nail just stuck into the tread of
the tire. From its cap I guess it's a
small one as 1.5mm in diameter.

I'll leave it there now to plug the hole
before repair.

By the way, how much does it generally cost
for an internal repair (paste) ?
