You will obviously not get warranty if you supply parts. You could DIY, take to the other dealer or an independent. Price might vary depending on whether they flush system, or simply replace pump and top-up coolant. Dealer is only place to get new pump housing (which c/w white plastic impeller)if cone is loose/damaged.

p.s. Make sure you are comparing same work and parts in above estimates. Labor of 3.5hrs is not unreasonable for wp re & re (2) +
proper cooling system flush (1)+ 'stat change (.5).
