used factory rails. got two plates welded to the top of each set of factory mounts, to create adapter holes for these seats. Old mount points are also still perfectly useable, meaning i can switch back and forth to my stock seats with little effort.
also means that drivers seat still has functional power forward/back and up/down

the same way u would match it with the contour. the cougar has a backseat too you know. have to take it to a shop regardless to reupholster it.

I wanted to get my seats done in leather "99 SE" but im geting prices out the BUTT, 1200.00 ~ 1400.00
