Get an Autometer Temp Gauge so that you know Exactly what you are running. Warmoger gives some great suggestions. Also, do what Keyser says and bring it to StreeFlight. Let us know when and we will meet up there. My car is the one casting a shadow from the lift. I will be the guy driving the POS pick up truck.
Ah HaHaHa. Not happy its broke, but at least I'm not the only Arizonian to go 3L now.
Trust me, it is just as cheap to slap in a 3L block, machine out the heads and slap in 3L valves as it is to buy a new 2.5L shortblock. That said, all I really recommend is that you swap out your exhaust valves and port them out to match. Keith has some 3L heads that you can match your 2.5L heads to.
